Need help with “Missing Purchase Value Parameter” → Hello. We have this error since the 7th of June and our developer doesn’t know how to fix it. We contacted several developers online but no one knows how to fix this. We reinstalled the pixel, updated the aggregated events but nothing seems to work. We advertise only on the Facebook platform and this is really affecting our business, at the moment we closed all the campaigns.. We know is an existing issue that is affecting a lot of people.. long-story-short purchases from Shopify don’t match in business manager at campaigns level.. so for this reason they don’t optimize.
Any ideas if we still have to wait for a resolution from Facebook & Shopify? Or we need to take any action? Thank you
