Not receiving authentication codes via sms

I have been trying to get into my store for 4 days! I’m not receiving any authentication codes sent to my phone. YES I’ve done ALL of the trouble shooting, still nothing! YES I’ve chatted with the USELESS robot for days, that gets you NOWHERE!! I need HUMAN contact that could actually HELP! If I would’ve known that there’s no REAL customer service, I would’ve used this GARBAGE! I just need an authentication code so I can log into my store..very simple. My store is Aara&Caja’s Creations

There are two ways to login to your Shopify Account.

1: Via Sms Code:

  • First method is via SMS code. But sometime it’s doesn’t work. If you face this issue then don’t need to wait come on second step.

2: Via Recovery code:

  • If you remember when 2 step verification on Shopify account you put your phone number. After putting that you get SMS to verify. After that you click on done. After clicking done then Shopify say you to Download 12 Recovery code. If you download txt file 12 recovery codes just find it and use one of them.
