Hi Shopify Community, I’ve launched Passeriq, a Shopify app I built to help merchants sell products more effectively by analysing their existing product details and customer reviews with AI.
Passeriq can be installed from Shopify App Store here:
The idea is simple: customer reviews often contain useful inferred signals about what buyers care about, what they value, what confuses them, what disappoints them, and what may stop future customers from purchasing.
Passeriq analyses customer reviews together with product information such as the product title, description, price, and other available product data. It then produces a structured report that helps merchants understand the product from the buyer’s point of view and identify practical actions that may help the product sell better.
The report can help show:
- who the product is best suited for
- what buyers care about most
- what customers praise
- what customers complain about
- what objections or doubts may exist
- pricing/value signals
- how the product could be positioned more effectively
- what selling angles may be worth highlighting
- what customer-facing questions may need to be answered
- what practical actions could improve sales or customer satisfaction
Passeriq is not only about rewriting the product description. The goal is broader: to help merchants use real customer feedback to make better decisions about product positioning, messaging, support content, FAQs, marketing angles, and possible product improvements.
At the moment, Passeriq works specifically with JudgeMe Reviews, so the store needs to have JudgeMe installed and have products with reviews.
I recorded a full walkthrough here:
The video shows the full flow from the Shopify App Store: installation, JudgeMe connection, product sync, starting the Founder plan, running the first product analysis, and reading the generated report.
I’m currently looking for early merchant feedback from the stores that already use JudgeMe and have reviewed products.
The early Founder plan is free for early users and includes 100 product analyses per month.
I’d especially appreciate feedback on whether the report gives you useful selling and product improvement ideas, whether the recommended actions are clear enough, and whether the insights feel practical for real merchant use.
Thanks,
Danil
