I am trying to hide the Sofort payment method with a payment customization, so i set everything up so the output would hide it:

Yet, the method still shows up in the merchant’s checkout:
For some reason, any other payment method is hidden correctly with the same configuration except this one. Is this a bug of some sort?
Yes, there is a Shopify bug related to Sofort + ideal. I reported it months ago, but so far I believe it still exists. Try to hide the ideal payment method instead and see what happens.
Is this issue still being worked on by Shopify? It’s still very important to me, as I had to totally disable Sofort now, otherwise iDeal would not be the first selected choice for my Dutch customers. So now I am not serving my German customers with Sofort
