Hiya I received an order and it says Payment pending. Shopify advised not to fulfil order unless it been processed. I never had this before is the issue in my end or customer. And how long will I have to wait pls? Many thankd
If you want to play it safe, wait, but this could lower customer satisfaction because your customer won’t appreciate delayed shipping since they’ll think they’ve already paid.
