Please feedback for my store

Hello, I’ve opened my shopify store for about 3 years now, but not much sales. I try to update the store theme to adjusting pricing and product display on all my products, doing ads.

I got about 1k session everyday but again no sales.
please give me feedback so I can improve the store.
my site: https://Atractiv.id

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Vincentkid

It’s great that atractiv.id is getting about 1,000 sessions daily—that’s a strong traffic base! If sales are not coming through, here are some focused recommendations to help convert visitors into buyers:

Store Design & Product Presentation

  • Ensure product images are high-quality, showing different angles and use cases.

  • Optimize product descriptions to highlight benefits, features, and solve customer pain points.

  • Add clear pricing, discounts, and create urgency with limited-time offers or low stock alerts.

  • Use trust-building elements like customer reviews, secure payment badges, and clear shipping/return policies.

Improve Average Order Value

  • Implement targeted upsells and cross-sells with BiSell Upsell & Cross Sell that recommend complementary products or upgrades dynamically during shopping.

Marketing & Traffic Quality

  • Review your ad targeting to ensure the traffic matches your typical buying customer persona.

  • Run retargeting ads to re-engage visitors who left without purchasing.

  • Utilize email marketing with abandoned cart sequences and personalized product recommendations.

Site Performance & User Experience

  • Make sure your site loads quickly and is fully mobile-responsive.

  • Simplify navigation and checkout to minimize friction and cart abandonment.

Analytics & Testing

  • Use Google Analytics and Shopify reports to identify where in the funnel visitors drop off.

  • Test different product page layouts, calls to action, and pricing strategies to optimize conversions.

By combining strong product presentation, targeted upsell/bundle offers, and better marketing focus, you can start turning traffic into sales.

If you want, I can help suggest specific app setups or marketing tactics tailored for your store!

Hi @Vincentkid

From what you said in the question, you have not got much sales for nearly 3 years, and it should be related to store content mainly, as you should have more traffic and sales if doing ads and updating theme content already. Let’s take a careful look here in detail.

  • The Meta Description on all Collection pages are missing. I notice you added meta description on the homepage and the Product pages properly, but I fail to find out any meta descriptions on Collection pages. I wonder if you would like not to let Collection pages be indexed by Google or not and if so, you can add no index or no follow tags in robots.txt file, rather than leave meta description empty, as it affects the result detected by Google and Google will randomly display the content in search results if you have no manual contents.

  • The review contents on the homepage look very similar, and it will easily leave an impression for customers that they are not real, which will result in less trust built up. If you would like to display reviews from customers indeed, please take care of the images and contents, or you may get an opposite feeling when viewing by visitors or potential customers.

  • Store favicon is missing when searching on Google. I can feel that you have made some effort on store SEO, but after checking, it is not completed. Your store has a brand and unique name, but not recognized and well-known by customers, and one of the cause codes here is missing store favicon. If you add it properly, customers can easily identify your store, and it will surely affect sales as well as conversions. Please kindly note here and do the best to add it back from Shopify admin page.

I have listed here some ideas based on my real experience and inspection on your store and if you think they are valuable for you, please carefully double-check or click here to make SEOAnt as your assistant to further explore store contents if you need further optimization or fix. Take your time please and appreciate here in advance!

I will review again point by point from your insight, really appreciate your response.
thank you so much

Yeah no problem. Let try it then give me feedback

hi, thank you for your response.
I will check again my Meta Description on all collection pages.

the review contents came from my shop from other marketplace, so maybe I just need to maintain only the best review to help customers getting trust into my shop just like what you said.

I will add the pavicon too, I think something happened and I am not noticing about this missing pavilion.
really appreciate your response, will update soon after do the improvements.

Hi @Vincentkid ,
I understand the frustration - getting 1k+ sessions a day but no conversions usually means there’s an issue with trust, product-market fit, pricing, or UX (user experience).

1. First Impressions & Branding

  • Banner Design: Your homepage starts with a big “Free Shipping” banner — this is good, but it takes up the entire first screen. Visitors don’t see your products immediately.
Suggestion: Make it smaller or a slider so that “Featured Products” are visible above the fold. Shoppers need to see products fast.
  • Trust Signals Missing: There’s no strong “Why buy from us?” message.
Add badges like: “Made in Indonesia”, “Exclusive Big Size Fashion”, “Cash on Delivery Available”, “Trusted by 5000+ customers”.

2. Homepage

  • Product Section: Your “Featured Products” is too small (tiny images, only 6 shown).
Make the product cards bigger, with visible price, size range, and a “Buy Now” button.
  • Social Proof: You have reviews, but they’re buried.
Move testimonials/reviews higher up - show photos of real buyers wearing your clothes.

3. Product Page (Example: Rok Batik Mini Shashi)

  • Photos: You show multiple angles, which is good. But the lighting and background look catalog-style and not lifestyle.
Add lifestyle photos (model outside, workplace, casual settings) so shoppers imagine themselves wearing it.
  • Price Display: “Rp 350.000 → Rp 195.000” looks like a huge discount.
If this is permanent, it may look fake or untrustworthy. Better to show a smaller realistic discount.
  • Sizing: Sizes (2XL, 3XL) are listed, but no Size Guide chart with body measurements.
Add a Size Guide popup to reduce hesitation.
  • Urgency: “Stok sedikit: 2 tersisa” is good, but may look auto-generated.
Combine with urgency banners like "Selling Fast - 20 bought in last 48 hours” if true.

@Vincentkid Very welcome here, and I’m happy to help. You can also feel free to reply here if encounter something uncertain.

Hey @Vincentkid,

Hey, I took a look at your store and I can see you’ve put effort into updating your theme and product display. One thing that stands out is that basic SEO isn’t implemented yet. Without optimizing meta titles, descriptions, and headings, a lot of your traffic might not be converting because people aren’t finding your products as easily as they could.

Another area that’s often overlooked is cart optimization. Right now, there’s no upselling, cross-selling, or product bundling happening. For a clothing store like yours, a slide cart can be really effective for showing complementary items and encouraging customers to add more. Adding a progress bar to the cart showing how close they are to free shipping or a discount can also boost conversions.

Instead of using multiple apps for upselling, cross-selling, bundles, and progress bars, an all-in-one solution like iCart can help you implement these features smoothly. It keeps the shopping experience simple for customers while helping increase average order value without extra complexity.

I check your store and I would like to share my honest feedback.

You store design is good but if you can improve it then this will increase the conversion by 2x and the AOV too.

  1. Size of the banner is too big. It should be 1900px by 700px for Desktop and 800px by 600px for mobile.
  2. Product Page should be optimized with the badges, ups, Bundles and with Product info. See this store and check how they optimize it :backhand_index_pointing_right: Crossway Tote | Stylish Shoulder Bag – Molly&Moon
  3. I found that Page Width of your store is too short. Make sure it should be max 1440px for better look for the Desktop.
  4. I always encourage Merchants to use Cart Drawer instead of Cart page.

Overall I would like that you should redesign your Store something like this :backhand_index_pointing_right:https://icon-amsterdam.com/ Or Something like this https://mollyandmoon.com/

Hi @Vincentkid

I browsed Atractiv, and I can see you’ve put effort into making it visually appealing with a wide product selection and updated theme. Getting 1k sessions per day shows your ads are working—but the lack of sales suggests there’s a conversion barrier on the site. Here are some ideas to help you improve:

1. Build Immediate Trust & Modern Credibility
Right now, I didn’t see customer reviews. Customer reviews are visible but not very detailed—real photos, dates, or more personal reviews would reassure buyers.Customers are more likely to purchase when they trust the store. You should add product reviews using a tool like ShopReviews ‑ Product Reviews - ShopReviews - Boost your sales with product reviews | Shopify App Store, which makes collecting and displaying real customer feedback seamless.
Add trust badges (Shopify Secure, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) right below your “Add to Cart” buttons and in the footer. This reassures visitors that checkout is safe.
An About Us page with your brand story (why Atractiv exists, what makes it different) would help build connection and trust.

2. Hero Layout & Storytelling
The homepage starts with product blocks, but it doesn’t clearly tell me what Atractiv is about. A strong hero banner like “Trendy Fashion Essentials at Affordable Prices” with a bold CTA (“Shop the Collection”) would anchor new visitors.
Consider seasonal storytelling (e.g., “New Autumn Looks”) or curated collections to give the site freshness and direction.

3. Product Navigation & Discovery
You have many categories, but it feels a little overwhelming. Grouping them more cleanly (e.g., “Men,” “Women,” “Accessories”) and adding filters (by price, size, color, style) would make browsing smoother.
A “Best Sellers” or “Trending Now” section on the homepage can help guide unsure visitors.

4. Product Pages: Clarity & Readability
Product descriptions are quite minimal. Shoppers want to know about materials, fit, size guide, and care instructions—this is especially important for fashion.
Add multiple images per product (different angles, lifestyle shots). This helps people imagine themselves using/wearing the product.
Key selling points like “Free Shipping Over X” or “Easy Returns” should be visible near the CTA, not buried in the footer.

5. Consistency & Conversion Nudges
With 1k visitors daily, even a small conversion tweak can make a big difference. Use urgency cues like “Only 3 left in stock” or “Sale ends in 12 hours.”
Offer a first-time buyer incentive (10% off, free shipping, or gift with purchase) via a popup to capture emails.
Consider bundles or upsells (e.g., “Buy 2, get 15% off”). This increases average order value.

If you’re also selling on Etsy, consider using an app like Etsy Integration ‑ ShopList - ShopList - seamless integration between Shopify and Etsy | Shopify App Store . It lets you sync your products and orders between Shopify and Etsy automatically, saving time and helping you manage inventory more efficiently—perfect for handmade or customized products like yours.

Best Regards,

Thanks for sharing your store, and congrats on driving 1k sessions daily, that’s already a great achievement! If traffic is coming in but sales aren’t, it usually means there are conversion blockers rather than traffic issues. A few things stood out:

• Homepage clarity – Your value proposition (what makes Atractiv unique) should be clear within a few seconds. Right now, it takes a bit of scrolling to understand what’s being offered.

• Product pages – Focus more on benefits and lifestyle imagery, not just product features. Shoppers buy based on how your product improves their life.

• Trust signals – Add visible reviews, shipping/return info, and secure payment badges. These go a long way in reassuring first-time buyers.

• Pricing & offers – Consider testing bundles or limited-time discounts to encourage faster purchases.

• Checkout flow – Make sure the process is simple and distraction-free. Even small friction can cause drop-offs.

You’re already doing the right things by running ads and updating your theme, now it’s about fine-tuning the customer journey so the traffic converts. Don’t get discouraged, you’re closer than you think!

Hi Vincentkid

I know how frustrating it would be to see all store visitors go away without purchase! I’m a product designer and my job is to take care of these issues.

I looked at your store and while it looks flawless, you can do some UX improvements to make more sales. considering the traffic you have, i don’t think what you need is to get more users, but to convince them to complete the purchase.
I tried to look at it as a user (aka. buyer), and here are some issues I’d work on:

  • Rule number one of e-commerce design: Make your call-to-action button (add-to-card button) accessible. In mobile view, the add-to-card button is too far away and I couldn’t easily find it. if you can, design your buttons to stick to the bottom of the product page.

  • I don’t see enough product images. mostly they are from the same angle. I’d like to see the back of the blazer, or a more detailed, close-up photo of the fabric if I want to buy it.

  • Give your users more reason to buy. like sharing reviews from previous buyers, sharing return policy, etc…

These might help to improve ux of your website but what’s more important is to put yourself in your customers shoes. I recommend you to take more closer look to your customers behavior, or even reach out to them to find what stopped them from buying.
look in what page they leave the site, how long does it take to stay on each page and how many products do they usually see.

I wish you the best on your business and I hope I could help

Hi, @Vincentkid
I checked the store and honestly I don’t think the issue is the products or traffic - getting around 1k sessions daily already shows people are finding the store. The bigger problem seems to be conversion flow and trust after visitors land on the site.

A few things I noticed specifically:

  1. The homepage feels a bit overwhelming

Right now the homepage is showing a lot of products and sections at once, which makes the browsing experience feel less guided. Simplifying the first screen and focusing more around Best Sellers, New Arrivals, or Trending Products would probably help users explore the store more easily.

  1. Mobile experience needs attention

Most traffic is mobile now, and the site feels a little slow/heavy when first loading, especially before users can fully interact with it. I also checked the PageSpeed report, and improving things like image optimization, reducing extra scripts, and lazy loading of some sections could help the store feel faster and smoother overall, especially on mobile.

  1. Trust signals should appear earlier

For newer or lesser-known stores, customers usually look for reassurance before purchasing. Adding more visible reviews, customer photos, delivery/return information, and secure payment messaging near products could help improve confidence and conversions.

4.The store needs more guided shopping

Right now visitors mostly browse collections themselves. Adding curated sections like Most Loved Products, Trending Items, Staff Picks, or Shop by Category would make shopping feel easier and more structured.

The store already has a decent visual foundation, so I think improving the mobile experience, simplifying the browsing flow, and building stronger trust earlier will likely make the biggest impact on conversions and sales.

You could also look into performance optimization tools like Website Speedy if you want additional help around script loading and mobile speed improvements.
