Recived a wrong product

But I have received this wrong product as in image a car toy.

Kindly return and refund my money.

Welcome to the community, but sorry to hear you stumbled on a scam store, most likely.

For refund, as it is a cash-on-delivery, you can only try to contact your police and maybe from sender address get some info. But it is a long shot. From Shopify you will not get a refund for sure but you should report it on

under Issue with the order or better, Fraud. Because this is not a new scam, there are several people posting the same things, some get car some cheap toy or even old clothes. And you should report it so Shopify can close it down and to not scam more people.

I think it is a scam because of a few red flags:

  • myshopify domain, it is mostly use for testing or by scammers who do not want to spend money on domains. Most stores do invest at least in that
  • Next, prices, big discounts 50,60,70% if that does not sounds fishy to you, then think on saying too good to be true, so it must be fake
  • You can check real prices on Aliexpress, search images with Google lens and you see
  • Product page have fake rating and number of reviews but no review can be read
  • No terms of service, return policy, contact information beside email
  • And you do not get to Shopify checkout, but I see a popup for Cash on delivery, that is really unusual but for this kind of scam, make it easy for scammers.

Again, sorry to hear you most likely lost the money but I am sure you learned something and you will be more careful in the future. And there are more and more different scams so stay safe.
