I’m having difficulty linking my tiktok shop to my shopify store. When trying to link my tiktok shop, I am faced with an error which reads ‘region mismatch’.
i’ve checked settings on tiktok and shopify countless times and they are both set within the UK so there should be no issues. Has anyone had similar issues and is there a solution to this?
