You should be able to edit text like this using the edit languages menu in your Shopify admin.
It’s possible to browse by section of your store there, or you can simply enter the text you wish to edit.
In this case, where you just want to remove this wording you can replace the text in question with a blank space.
This option is available via the Online store > Themes > Actions > Edit languages menu in your Shopify admin.
Can you tell me a bit more about what your business is about and what you’re working on at the moment?
You mentioned working on your password page, so would you still be working towards launching your store?
