Request on Billing

Hello there,

I started working on my store on 10/17/24 and according to the ongoing promotion of $1/month for the first month, my next billing of $39/month was not supposed to kick in until November 16, 2024. However, on 10/25/2024, an attempt to charge my credit card for an annual fee of $276 failed. My question is the following: Why I am being charged the $276? Please kindly explain this to me as I am very new to the Shopify. As a result of seeing this charge, which I did not agree with, I attempted to deactivate my account, but I was prompted to check off that I agree with the charges. PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I AM STILL BUILDING MY STORE, AND THE NAME IS `NOELLE JEWELRY.

Do you have any app that you installed while building the store?
You can go and check under settings or billing on what exactly Shopify is charging you with. Also I would reach out to Shopify Support once you see what the reason the charge was for was you verify after you to to finance section in Shopify.
