Robots txt disallowed or allowed?

Hi I am Hunter, I am new to this whole shopify thing, I really dont understand robots.txt, what is that and what does it do, when i do https://hedemand.shop/robots.txt it all says disallowed, I was wondering if it all if it should be allowed? and if so, how can I go about that?

If you don’t understand it, don’t touch it. Many websites have been blocked by Google because accdiental edits. You can read about it at https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/seo/editing-robots-txt

All Shopify stores have a default robots.txt file that’s optimal for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and the default works for most stores.

However, if you have a particular reason for editing it, we do have a guide on how you can do this.
