Set "Show Unit Price" using REST API

Hello,
I want to set the information “Show unit price” for a product variant using the REST API.
When I do it manually in the admin Area, I have to activate the checkbox “Show unit price” and then set the measure (weight / volume…) of the whole product.
I need to transfer these 2 pieces of data using the REST API.
Can you please explain, how and what attributes I have to set.
I cannot find any hints in the REST API docu.

Hello, I have the same problem here. I need to set unitPrice as well.

Please could someone give a hint on how to do it using REST or GraphQL (unfortunately could not find anything in documentation on this topic)
