I selected 3 different shipping options via UPS for our product. But when you are on our sight as a customer, it only provides one option. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Which UPS services have you enabled on your account?
It’s possible that the UPS services aren’t showing up on checkout because these services aren’t available to deliver to the particular address you’ve inputted on checkout. It may also be that the package’s total weight on checkout doesn’t meet the requirements of any of the services too. Because Shopify pulls the live shipping rates directly from UPS, you can check on their website here, or contact their support team to see if your package is deliverable via the different services that they offer.
You can also try and add more UPS services to give customers more options to choose from. Some services may have specific limitations in regards to what address they can ship to, as well as weight and dimension restrictions. So enabling more UPS services may allow you to see a UPS service appear more consistently on your store’s checkout.
