Shopify App Review Pending for Over a Month — Ref #99208

Hi,

We submitted our Shopify app for App Store review over a month ago, and the status is still showing as pending.

Review queue reference: #99208

So far, we haven’t received any feedback, clarification requests, or rejection notes. We’ve already double-checked that all listing details, scopes, compliance requirements, and review checklist items are completed.

We also contacted Partner Support, but haven’t received a clear timeline yet.

Has anyone recently faced similar delays with app approvals? Is there a recommended escalation path or a moderator we should tag for visibility?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there @vivekreddy I’m sure the wait can be quite frustrating as a lot of us have been there before. It’s quite normal for the review process to take over 4 weeks so there’s no cause for panic as of now. My advice is to remain patient and keep checking in with the support team, you can also try reaching out to them on Twitter.
