I have a Shopify app that’s currently under review and hasn’t been officially released. When installing, authorization is required to access the store’s product list.
Now, when I send the app link to my friends, it prompts that the installation and authorization cannot be done because it hasn’t been officially released.
My question is, during the review process, will the reviewers encounter the same problem when they install using a test store? If so, do I need to provide a store that can authorize properly for the reviewers?
The thing is my app must be reviewed before I make it public. So I must provide a development store, and the reviewer can only use this store to test my app?
Same with us… It is almost 2 months at the time of writing and they haven’t started it. I check our system logs - no attempt from shopify to even install it. Support always copy pastes the same answer that they are busier than usual and yadda yadda..
I don’t know what else can be done here but this is not normal at all
