I’m using the Dawn theme and have two collections: ‘collections/all-collection’ (manually created in the collection section) and ‘collections/all’ (not visible in the collection section). I want to customize the ‘collections/all’ page. Can you please guide me on how to do it? Here’s the reference link:

/collections/all is not a real collection, it’s kind “implied” or “default” one.
if you create a collection with handle “all” it will replace this one and you will be able to configure it the way you want.
You may do it with your all-collection collection – under “Search engine listing” in admin, URL handle field.

/collections/all is Shopify built-in link. If you want to customize layout of this page, you can create another template and assign it for other collections then customize Default collection template from your store admin > Sales channels > Online store > Themes > Customize > Collections > Default collection
