Shopify flow - remove variant barcode with HTTP request

I am currently making a flow, that needs to trigger a update to the variant barcode field.

I am quite sure this is through HTTP request, but i am searching the correct body/query for this action.
Can anyone help?

Not really, i need the query for changing the Barcode or clearing the barcode.
