Congrats on your new store! It looks amazing with a consistent color palette, UI elements and visual hierarchy.
I just wanted to give a few more comments to make your website look even better. Please kindly check
1. Optimize the hero section
The hero section is the first thing visitors see and it sets the tone for the entire experience of your web visitors. It plays a key role in converting more sales from your customers too!
Try to take advantage of this by adding these elements:
- A compelling headline: It should be your brand’s slogan or key message that highlights your unique selling proposition.
- A prominent CTA button: Use strong action-oriented language (e.g., “Shop Now,” “Learn More”) and make the button stand out
Here’s a good example:
2. Refine the footer section
Similar to the favicon, the footer is often overlooked, but it’s a valuable piece that can contribute to more sales. You can optimize it by re-organizing the elements and add some more.
Some of the elements you can consider adding are:
- Copyright notice: Clearly state the copyright owner and year.
- Privacy policy link: Link to your detailed privacy policy.
- Terms of service link: Link to your terms and conditions.
- Contact information: Include your address, phone number, and email.
- Social media icons: Link to your social media profiles.
3. Add an FAQ page
A comprehensive FAQ page can significantly improve sales by addressing common customer concerns and streamlining the purchase process. You’re not just providing information but you’re actively addressing barriers to purchase, building trust, and creating a smoother shopping experience through the FAQs.
4. Add a live chat widget
Live chat assists potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time. This can prevent abandonment and encourage more purchases.
I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

MooseDesk - All-in-one Shopify FAQ & Helpdesk App
Hi @5K ,
I’m Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App.
I’m impressed with your specialty tights store’s clean design. Based on my CRO expertise, here are my suggestions to help optimize your conversion rate:
- Enhance Your Hero Section
While you have a clear banner image showing your product in use, consider adding more impactful messaging to immediately communicate your value proposition. In the first 5 seconds, visitors should understand your unique selling points - like warmth, comfort, or durability. Consider adding a compelling headline that addresses your customers’ pain points, such as “Stay Warm & Stylish All Winter Long” or similar messaging that resonates with your target audience.
- Add CTA button to hero banner
A crucial element for an online store’s homepage is the primary call-to-action button. This button serves as a direct link to the specific page where you want customers to take action, such as a collection or product page.
It’s such a loss when you missed a “Shop now” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.
And kindly rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.
- Enrich the testimonials
Moving and enhancing social proof elements plays into the principle of social validation. When potential customers see authentic reviews with verified purchase badges, star ratings, and real customer photos positioned prominently, it creates immediate credibility. Studies show that 92% of consumers read reviews before making a purchase, and having this social proof above the fold can increase conversion rates by up to 270%. The addition of media mentions or awards further reinforces brand authority and trustworthiness.
- Create FOMO effect
Implementing urgency and scarcity tactics through specific countdown timers and stock level indicators triggers loss aversion psychology. When customers see “3 items left in your size” or “Sale ends in 2:45:30,” it creates a sense of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) that can increase conversion rates by 30-50%. However, these must be genuine to maintain trust - false scarcity can backfire and damage brand’s reputation.
- Update the footer
Trust-building elements like security badges, clear return policies, and prominent shipping information directly address common purchase anxieties. When customers see trusted payment badges and clear money-back guarantees, it reduces perceived risk. Studies show that displaying security badges can increase conversion rates by up to 42%, while clear return policies can boost sales by 25%. Making these elements immediately visible rather than buried in footer links proactively addresses customer concerns before they become conversion barriers.
- Add more sections
You can pick up some informative sections to show on your homepage such as:- Product details section: The more information you provide your customers with, the better they understand about your brand as well as your products. As a result, they are more willing to make a purchase. You can consider adding product details section - One of the best-sellers from your store should be showcased to catch more attention.
- Instagram feed: Your Instagram content adds a fresh feel to your website by showing you’re active online and interacting with your customers.
And that’s my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.
Cheers!

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. I have viewed your store and hope our expertise can help you.
- I will suggest adding a CTA to your hero section. This area is the first thing visitors see when they arrive, making it an ideal spot for a prominent and compelling CTA. By placing a clear action-oriented button here, such as “Shop Now” or “Discover Our Collection,” you can capture users’ attention immediately and encourage them to engage with your offerings right away. Here’s a previous case from our collaboration with Pagefly to redesign Logitech’s website:
- I will suggest increasing more content in the blog section. Expanding the content in your Blog section can provide numerous benefits, such as improving your site’s SEO by targeting a wider range of keywords, and attracting organic traffic over time. Additionally, the content can help foster relationships with potential buyers by offering style tips, product care advice, or industry trends, encouraging them to return to your site for more information.
- You can consider implementing a loyalty program since it can significantly enhance customer retention and encourage repeat purchases. By offering rewards such as points for every purchase, discounts on future orders, or exclusive access to new collections, you create an incentive for customers to return. Installing a sign-up widget can attract attention and encourage sign-ups. I will recommend our Ako Marketing app, which offers features like VIP tiers, referrals, and one-click social login to boost engagement. Our app is designed to make it easier for your customers to engage with your brand. By integrating a loyalty program you can attract attention and encourage sign-ups while fostering long-term relationships with your customers.
Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don’t forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.
Hello there @5K To start with, the user experience with the store is pretty good and solid enough. The store was very easy to navigate through and the landing page isn’t overcrowded which is something I really like as well.
in terms of suggestions, I think having a few FAQs on the landing page would be helpful in showing what differentiate your tights from others in the market.
Another good thing to have on your landing page is the links to the social media accounts of your business. It helps the store appear more credible and customers can stay more in touch with updates easier that way.
I hope you find these helpful and I wish you the best of luck!
What if my landing page is my product page? https://fleecytights.com/products/fleecy-thermal-tights
Hi @5K
I took a look at your landing page, Fleecy Tights, and here are some thoughts and suggestions to help you improve it:
1. First Impressions- The overall design is clean and straightforward, which is great for usability. However, it could use more visual “pop” to immediately grab attention. Consider adding a bold, eye-catching banner image at the top.
- Your hero section is missing a strong value proposition. Add a catchy headline that highlights what makes Fleecy Tights unique (e.g., “Stay Warm and Stylish: Ultra-Cozy Tights for Winter Comfort!”).
2. Product Display- The images are decent, but I think you could showcase the product better. High-quality photos showing people wearing the tights in real-life scenarios (e.g., walking in snow, lounging indoors) will help potential buyers visualize themselves using the product.
- Include close-ups of the material to highlight the fleecy texture and warmth. This could address concerns about comfort and quality.
3. Call-to-Action (CTA)- Your CTAs (like “Shop Now”) need to stand out more. Use bold, contrasting buttons and ensure they are placed strategically throughout the page.
- Add urgency to your CTAs with language like: “Limited Stock – Shop Now!” or “Winter Sale Ends Soon!”
4. Trust Elements- Add customer reviews or testimonials to build credibility. If you don’t have reviews yet, highlight benefits like free shipping, hassle-free returns, or guarantees.
- Consider adding trust badges (e.g., “Secure Checkout,” “Money-Back Guarantee”) near the “Add to Cart” button.
5. Load Speed- The page loads relatively fast, which is awesome! But keep an eye on your image sizes—too large, and it can slow things down. Shopify’s built-in optimization tools can help.
6. Mobile Optimization- Your page works well on mobile, but the text spacing and image placement could be adjusted for a better mobile experience. For instance, make sure CTAs are easily tappable and visible without scrolling too much.
7. SEO Suggestions- Update the page title and meta description to be more engaging. Something like: “Fleecy Tights – Stay Warm, Stylish, and Comfortable This Winter!”
- Use alt text for all images to help with search visibility and accessibility.
8. Content Suggestions- Add a short FAQ section at the bottom. Address common concerns like sizing, washing instructions, and shipping details.
- Consider including a quick “About Us” or “Why Choose Fleecy Tights” section to personalize the brand and connect with visitors.
Here’s a quick wireframe idea for your landing page structure:
