Shopify QB syncing issues

We use Shopify POS and use QB connector app for syncing to QB. Is there a better app to use? Or is there a better accounting system beside QB to use with Shopify? We are tired of items not syncing daily and having to change the vendors name everytime an invoice syncs from Shopify to QB.
