Shopify theme dev error after updated to 3.46.4

Hi I have updated shopify CLI to the version 3.46.4. I have received the following error. Help me to fix this issue

I just upgraded and its fixed now
I did below steps

Shopify upgrade
brew upgrade && brew update
brew upgrade

check the last section in the link below( Upgrade )
