Shopify/Zendrop question please

Hi, thanks in advance if anyone knows! Why did Zen drop need my card to full fill my order??? Am i doing something wrong!

Firstly, congrats on the sale! The dropship business model works as follows:

  1. Customer orders product from your store. You receive the funds

  2. You order the product from your supplier.

  3. Supplier ships directly to customer

This is expected behavior in this case as they describe in their help guide.

You’ll also want to set up a tracking page if you haven’t yet. You can do so using Zendrop’s integration with Aftership. That way your customers can track orders through your site directly. It’s also free for up to 50 orders per month.
