Shopping cart icon missing from mobile header

Hello, I have just recently noticed that our shopping cart icon is missing from the mobile site. It is however appearing on the desktop site. The webshop theme is Capital.

In assets I have custom-style.css How can I fix this coding issue.

I understand you’re using Capital Theme and when previewing your store in mobile the shopping cart icon disappears, however it works in desktop view. You mentioned that you’ve input code within your theme.liquid and are looking to have this resolved.

I was able to replicate the issue of the missing shopping cart on my iOS 15.4.1 mobile device. I’d like to share a few workarounds to help solve this for you.

Troubleshooting steps:

• Try rolling back your theme code to an older version of your theme before you made any code changes. This can help identify the cause and timestamp.
• Try replicating the error by previewing in a fresh Shopify theme to see if the issue carries out on a new theme with no coding applied.

I located this Community Post that provides a code to implement into your theme.liquid to fix the missing shopping cart icon on mobile. If you’re not comfortable with implementing this code I recommend looking into hiring a Shopify Expert to assist.

Lastly, I noticed you haven’t had a chance yet to turn your Instagram account into an Instagram Business account. I recommend doing this so you can connect your Instagram account to your Shopify store to display your products and reach a larger audience. We have a great resource for how to set up Instagram Shopping and install the sales channel to your store.
