hi, i need to creat an account for my worker who needs to see the orders, how i can do it?

i just need to open account and then i will give him permission to the preders, how im opening this thing for him?

he needs to log in to shopify app from his phone, how im opening a user for him? but not a regular user becasue he doesnt need to build a site

It’s easy as to add a staff account with tailored permissions.

Step 1: Click Settings at the left bottom corner
Step 2: Click on users and permissions
Step 3: Click Add Staff and add all the details
Step 4: Select the orders permission set

hi, i know how to give permissions , but how he creats a user? how he can log in in his phone in the shopify app?

or there is something i dont understand

You send the invite to their email and then they can access the shopify app like any other user with the permissions.
