Hi Shopify Community,

We recently discovered a cloned website hosted on Shopify that is fraudulently using our brand identity to deceive customers. This situation is deeply concerning as it harms our reputation and puts our customers at risk.

We would like to know the proper steps to report such fraudulent sites and ensure their removal from the platform. Could someone please guide us through the process or share any resources available for this type of issue?

@geanm if you have a Shopify account, you can use the following link to report a fraudulent shop:
https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/fraud

Unfortunately, one can only report if you have a shopify account.
