How do I transfer the South Korean personal customs code from Shopify to Outvio when creating an order? Developers from Outvio (a platform that is not from the Shopify App Store) checked their logs and we can see that this code P210033389431 does not appear in any of the available fields, not even as note_attributes (as you can see in the following screenshot). The codes are definitely not reaching the Outvio at the moment. They advised me to contact Shopify and ask them how can you set this up so it is sent to us. Shopify support advised me to write here.
At the moment, the “notes_attributes” field does not appear anywhere in the interface of Outvio.
