The theme editor is not loading successfully

Hi there,
I’m using the Motion theme for our Shopify store and I found the theme editor is not loading successfully.

It didn’t work when I tried restarting the computer and re-login Shopify.

Everything goes well except the theme editor. The editor never finishes loading the page.

How can I do to fix it… please help me.

Let’s go ahead and rule out any local errors you might be running into with some basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
  • Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
  • Try from a different network connection
  • Try from a different device if possible

Can you please let me know the results of that? At that point, we can better determine next steps to resolve this for you sooner than later.
