I have the Abode theme and would like to enhance the customer experience in my shop. I’ve had no sales since opening my store. What are some apps that you would recommend?

Before diving into apps, I’d want to understand why you’re not getting sales in the first place. Apps are great for improving an already working store, but they won’t fix fundamental issues like traffic, pricing, product presentation, or trust signals.

That said, here are a few apps that can genuinely help with conversions:

For trust & urgency:

  • Loox or Judge .me - Reviews are crucial. If you don’t have reviews yet, you can import them or use the free tiers to start collecting them.
  • Sales Pop - Shows recent purchases/visitors to create social proof

For abandoned carts:

  • Klaviyo - Free up to 250 emails, great for abandoned cart recovery and email marketing
