Translate & Adapt APP Broken? (translated content vanishes from admin interface)

Strange situation here.

Is the Translate & Adapt app broken?

  1. Create About Us page

  2. Populate About Us page with English content

  3. Click on “More actions”

  4. Select “Localize”

  5. Enter Chinese text in right side of interface opposite English text

  6. “Save” button becomes active

  7. Click on “Save” button

  8. System message “Chinese (Traditional) saved” appears

  9. Press F5 to reload page

  10. Chinese content not present on right side (vanished)

  11. Press CTRL-F5 to reload page

  12. Chinese content not present on right side (vanished)

  13. Exit button no longer works

  14. Remove parameters from URL

  15. Exit button no longer works

  16. Manually return to admin home page via manually shortened URL

  17. Sales channels > Online Store > About Us

  18. Select About Us

  19. English content visible

  20. More actions > Localize

  21. Chinese content not present

  22. Click on “View store”

  23. Chinese content visible on production website

Seems to me the Translate & Adapt APP is not functioning properly.

Can anyone help me understand what’s going on?
