I’m not sure how I got this and how to solve.

This is Noah from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App
First of all, you will need to create a backup version of your current theme by duplicate the theme backup first
Step 1: you will need to click on the link listed in the error to see where’s coming from
Step 2: After that you if you can find a script file that calls Shopify variable, or the line of code trigger that, you can disable that.
The caused of the issue is some code or some file is trying to access to the Shopify variable to do some logic, but this variable is not defined yet.
Also you can contact theme developer to check this too if the issue is coming from theme
