Where to insert CSS in the Dawn theme?

Hello,

Can anyone help me with where I put the CSS in the dawn theme from this link?

This one only shows where to put the code in the Debut theme but I assume this can also be put in the Dawn Theme too.

yes this code css put the base.css file bottom of the file
