Have a client that is using https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/ on woocommerce. Looking for a shopify wholesale app that provides similar functionality. Need fixed/custom wholesale pricing per individual product/variant, with tiered discounts for certain quantities of items. Also really need it to have csv import export feature. Ideally it would also have some ability to customize front end display.
Hi Willfowler,
Can you please describe the structure of the CSV file you would be importing?
What are the columns, and what kind of data do they contain?
Best,
Tobe
Really just Sku Quantity and Wholesale price. Quantity being 1-10 this wholesale price 11-20 this wholesale price. Some items just have a single wholesale price regardless of quantity other have quantity breaks.
This is Ellie from BOGOS.io Free Gift. Here are my recommendation of wholesale app:
- B2B Wholesale Solution by BSS. As far as I know, the app allows custom pricing, discount and import/export feature. For the customizations, you can try contacting their support team, they are very helpful
- Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B allows bulk import/export feature, tiered discount
Feel free to check them out. If you have found one of these apps helpful, please let me know! I’m still exploring these apps too.
Best,
Ellie
Hello @willfowler1983
Making it a suitable choice based on the features you’re looking for.
“Wholesale Hero & B2B Pricing” offers fixed/custom wholesale pricing, tiered discounts, CSV import/export, and front-end display customization. It seems like a good fit for your needs."
Hey @willfowler1983 - my team and I recently launched an app specifically to focus on the CSV import/export funtionality for brands using Shopify Plus B2B. It’s called Upro and it lets your B2B/wholesale buyers download their catalog, configure quantities of the SKUs and products they’d want and then upload this CSV back to your website to create the order.
(Upro also has another feature that lets you enforce credit limits on each company or customer and show a credit/financial summary inside their customer accounts)
If you’re building something Wholesale Suite-like, the credit limit piece Upro mentioned is worth separating from Net terms. Shopify’s native B2B now handles net payment terms (Net 30/60), but that only controls when a customer pays - it doesn’t stop them from placing a new order that pushes their unpaid balance past what you’re comfortable extending them. Those are two different problems, and most apps in this space only solve the first one, so orders keep landing in your queue that finance would’ve flagged if they’d seen them before checkout instead of after.
Full disclosure: I built TermShield ( TermShield - Block B2B checkout when a company exceeds its credit limit | Shopify App Store ) - it blocks B2B checkout when a customer would exceed the credit limit you set. Happy to answer questions if you’re weighing how to handle this.
