I am having the same issue. Keep asking me to select a store, and when I did, it tells me there is a problem loading the page. I have google it and many other people is having the issue. It used to be so easy to chat with a support! very frustrating right now

Can you please try accessing the live support using a Google Chrome incognito window? This will help to rule out any local browser or device issue preventing you from progressing. Let me know if this works for you - thanks!

I am having the same issue for weeks it get to the part where I get a message copied below and then nothing I have used different browsers cleared all cache. Still the same.
