- If you preview your website with a different theme are you still seeing this issue or is it showing correctly?

Since your online store is appearing correctly when you preview other themes, it sounds like a coding change may have caused this issue. I recommend following these steps to roll back your theme code to an earlier version. When you do this you can typically revert any code changes you made to your theme to get it working as it was before.
