Why does my CSV file disappear during import?

i’m trying to import a csv file but it keeps loading and suddenly it vanish and add file window appears

When you’re trying to import the CSV file, is it just continuous loading or is there an error message as well?

To get a better grasp of the issue, please share either a screen recording of trying to import the CSV file or a screenshot.

I’d also like to gather information on the following:

  • Are you importing a product CSV or a customer CSV?
  • Can you ensure the CSV is the right file size? Customer CSV: 1MB. Product CSV: 20MB
  • Could you try splitting up the CSV file and re-uploading them?
