So im trying to implement a read more button into my blog posts but it is not working, I tried writing the code in the html file , then i tried writing the js in a separate file in assets and called it script.js in order to get the code to work. But it still doesn’t work the CSS works fine but the javascript just will not work. This is the debut theme, I don’t know if it really matters. Any help would be appreciated I just dont understand why the html is working and the CSS but the javascript won’t.
