If I deactivate my store will all of my store information including the store design itself still be saved after I reactivate it?

If your store is closed or otherwise frozen, you would have 2 years before that information is purged from our servers, unless of course you request this info be removed before then.
You would of course need to pay any outstanding invoices at that point in order to reactivate your store should there be any.
