Hello, I wanted to know if Shopify could offer an instant payout option like paypal and stripe offer? It would help to have the option so I can use the funds to restock my products quicker. Instead of having to wait days.
Well, shopify don’t offer any third party bank transfer directly, untill you force your customers to pay instantly.
Because shopify is very strict in term of payments to make sure Merchant able to receive payment once the order is delivered successfuly and your customer happy with your products.
But there is way to collect the direct payment from the customers. But most of the customers don’t trust on direct payment. You can either build a third party checkout or whether you can add the direct payment or bank details within the checkout.

Many merchants, particularly those in inventory-heavy businesses, would undoubtedly reap the benefits of instant payouts. At current, the Shopify Payments payout schedule is still largely dictated by your country, banking system, risk profile, and payout schedule settings.
One alternative that some merchants use is Shopify Balance, if you are eligible for it, as funds can be accessed more quickly than traditional bank transfers. Others maintain a rolling reserve from previous payouts to avoid restocking delays.
It’d be nice if Shopify would broaden the scope in terms of real-time or same-day payouts options in the future for that matter, particularly for well established stores with a strong payment history.

When you make a sale, Shopify first processes the payment and then sends the money to your bank.
This usually takes around 2 to 5 business days, depending on your country and bank.
There is no instant cash-out option in Shopify Payments right now.
The closest faster option is Shopify Balance (if you’re eligible).
It can sometimes give quicker access to your money, but it’s still not instant.

Currently, Shopify does not offer a true “instant payout” feature to external bank accounts like PayPal or Stripe do. The reason is that Shopify Payments processes transactions in clearing batches to manage fraud checks and standard bank transfer timelines, which usually takes 2-3 business days.
The best workaround: If you are located in the US, you can open a free Shopify Balance account. Payouts routed to a Shopify Balance account are processed much faster, often within 1 business day or even the same day, giving you much quicker access to your cash for restocking!

Shopify does not offer a manual, on-demand Instant Payout button like PayPal or Stripe. However, you can bypass traditional 3-to-7 day bank delays and get your money much faster to restock inventory.
The best solution is to open a free Shopify Balance account within your admin panel. By choosing Balance as your primary payout account, your earnings are deposited directly into it in as little as 1 business day (bypassing external bank clearance times).
You can then immediately use your physical or virtual Shopify Balance debit card to pay your suppliers for new stock the moment the daily deposit hits.
