Recently I had purchased a dress for my daughter from the Online store Crezy Kidswear.com.
They have sent me a different product and when I informed them about the same, I am not getting any reply from them and more over lost money.
Kindly help me with the above concern
This is a technical development forum. I guess you need to take it up with the shop or local authorities if you have been robbed.
I just wanted a help from Shopify to rectify my issue and get me the details of the seller as the Website is powdered by Shopify.com.
