Outpost のリゾルバーは、 AWS Outposts ラックを所有する AWS アカウントによってのみ作成できます。 AWS Outposts ラックが他のアカウントと共有されている場合、それらのアカウントは共有ラックに Outpost でリゾルバーを作成できません。

 AWS Outposts ラックを配送したら、Route 53 on Outposts にオプトインできます。

**Resolver on Outpost を設定するには**

1. にサインイン AWS マネジメントコンソール し、[https://console.aws.amazon.com/route53/](https://console.aws.amazon.com/route53/) で Route 53 コンソールを開きます。

1. 左側のナビゲーションペインで **[Resolver]** を展開し、**[Outposts]** にナビゲートします。

1. ナビゲーションバーで、 AWS Outposts があるリージョンを選択します。

1. **Outpost のリゾルバー**ページで、**VPC リゾルバーの作成**を選択します。

1. **VPC リゾルバーの作成**ページで、次の操作を行います。
   + VPC リゾルバー AWS Outposts を作成する **AWS Outposts**を選択します。
   + VPC Resolver 名テキストボックスに **VPC Resolver の名前**を入力します。
   + **VPC Resolver の推奨インスタンスタイプ**に Amazon EC2 インスタンスを入力したら、いずれかを選択します。

     インスタンスタイプの詳細については、「[Resolver on Outpost のクォータ](DNSLimitations.md#limits-api-entities-resolver-on-outposts)」を参照してください。
   + **インスタンス数** で、VPC VPC リゾルバーの Elastic Interface インスタンスの数を選択します。デフォルト値は 4 です。

     に VPC Resolver をサポートするインスタンスタイプ AWS Outposts がない場合、VPC Resolver を作成することはできません。

1. **VPC リゾルバーの作成**を選択します。

   VPC リゾルバーの作成は、**Outpost のリゾルバー**ページでモニタリングできます。
