

# Enabling AWS experimental preview

AWS experimental preview is an opt-in experience in the AWS Management Console that gives you access to new AWS features that are still being evaluated. AWS uses your feedback to improve features and determine whether they're ready for general availability.

Experimental preview features are subject to change and may be removed.

## Enable experimental preview in the console

When you enable experimental preview, all features currently in experimental preview are enabled at user level. As new features enter experimental preview, they are also enabled automatically.

**To enable experimental preview**

1. Log in to the AWS Management Console at [https://console.aws.amazon.com/](https://console.aws.amazon.com/).

1. In the navigation bar, choose Settings (⚙).

1. Choose **AWS experimental preview**.

1. On the **AWS experimental preview** page, turn on **Enable preview** to access all experimental preview features.

1. In the pop-up, enter your email address and choose **Submit**. AWS may use this to follow up on feedback you provide.

## Provide feedback on experimental preview features

You can provide feedback to help AWS improve experimental features and determine launch readiness.

**To provide feedback**

1. In the navigation bar, choose Settings (⚙).

1. Choose **AWS experimental preview**.

1. In the **Features** list, find the feature you want to provide feedback on.

1. In the **Feedback** column, choose **Submit**.

1. Fill out the feedback form, and then choose **Submit**.

## Opt out of experimental preview in the console
<a name="opt-out-experimental-preview"></a>

If you no longer want to use experimental preview features, you can opt out at any time. When you opt out, you opt out of all experimental preview features.

**To opt out of experimental preview**

1. In the navigation bar, choose Settings (⚙).

1. Choose **AWS experimental preview**.

1. On the **AWS experimental preview** page, turn off **Enable preview** to opt out.

1. In the pop-up, you can optionally share your reason for opting out.
