Managing POS devices in your Shopify admin

You can view and manage your Shopify POS-connected devices in the Devices view of the Point of Sale channel in your Shopify admin. You can review each device's status, location, and version details, log out a device remotely, and remove devices that you no longer use.

Requirements for using the Devices view

To use the Devices view, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You have the Point of Sale channel installed in your Shopify admin.

Supported devices

The Devices view displays the following physical devices that run Shopify POS for your store:

The information that's available for each device depends on the device type. For example, devices such as Shopify POS Go report additional hardware information that third-party iOS and Android devices don't provide.
