Shopify Messaging SMS marketing campaigns
You can create SMS marketing campaigns in Shopify Messaging to send text messages directly to customers in supported countries who opt in to receive short messaging service (SMS) marketing from your store. You can use SMS to send time-sensitive promotions, product launches, or exclusive offers that reach customers on their mobile devices.
Only SMS marketing campaigns are managed in Shopify Messaging. To manage other SMS customer notifications such as order and shipping confirmations, refer to Setting up SMS notifications.
