    The picture is clear and with some adjustments the image is well balanced. The speakers sound small but clear and gets plenty loud. I am using this tv on an articulating monitor arm on my desk so i can watch movies and YouTube without using up screen space on my phone or laptop. For this purpose it is perfect. Smart features are easy to use but I do not intend on using the Alexa option because I don’t need/want it. There is a microphone on the remote for that purpose though. There are also buttons for Prime video, Netflix, HBO and PlayStation Vue. The brand label on the bottom of the tv (Insignia) is not noticeable and does not light up. Three hdmi ports (awesome!), one usb, Ethernet, digital audio out, rca and power cable all recessed and turned so the cables lay flat against the back of the tv. If you are looking for a smaller smart tv, I would recommend this one.

      This is my first smart TV, and I'm pretty happy with it after the first couple days. Netflix, Prime, some free live tv options. Very happy that I can stream Audible and Amazon music through it. I don't subscribe to many other services, so I'm not using a lot of the tv's features. There's a ton on here for people who want it.

      Very easy set-up. The hardest part was finding a long enough Phillips screwdriver to put the feet on. After that, connect to the router, put in the Amazon and Netflix passwords, and you're good to go.

      Very fast. No lag loading programs the way I sometimes had with Amazon Video on the Wii.

      The navigation is more cluttered than I'd prefer but not too bad. Mildly annoying that the home screen navigation shows me lots of services and content that I do not want to see. Wish I could customize it to hide the stuff that I'm not gonna buy. But I expected Amazon to advertise their content and channels and whatnot. And the remote has shortcut buttons for Prime, Netflix, HBO, etc.

      I do wish the software had better search features. I don't find a box to type in search terms but must use the Alexa remote. And Alexa doesn't know what PBS is? Doesn't know what BBC is? So I can't browse big categories like PBS the way I do online but have to give a specific search phrase. "Civil rights documentary" came up with a ton of results, so the voice remote works well if I'm specific enough.

      Sound quality seems to have too much treble in it and is not loud enough, even in a small room. For example, I can hear my audiobooks better on my Kindle Fire than I hear them on this TV. I have to turn the TV up a bit. But I am 50 now and my hearing is fading. I'll try to catch a younger person and make them listen to it, to find out if it's the tv or my ears. It does come with an audio jack, so I may add some inexpensive speakers. Needs more bass in the mix for us old guys?

      Overall, for $120, this is a very nice, smaller tv with all the apps and features I was looking for.

      I bought the 32" model during Black Friday and received it a few days ago. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by both the quality and convenience of this TV. Even though it's only 720p, it looks almost as vibrant and detailed as a 4k TV. The TV itself is also very sleek and thin making it very easy to move or adjust.

      The Fire TV software that comes included works seamlessly and exactly like using an actual Fire Stick, but with this you can also change the HDMI input from the Fire TV home screen rather than requiring two separate remotes. The speakers are also very loud/high quality for such a small, thin TV; so much so that I usually keep the volume below 10 otherwise its too loud (but still retains audio quality at higher volumes).

      The remote also fits in the hand well and makes using the TV much more convenient than using a TV with a Fire Stick. It pretty much a Fire Stick remote with extra buttons at the bottom.

      Overall I'm very impressed with this TV considering the price I paid. If I had to pick something I didn't like about it, I'd say the writing is a bit small, at least for me. This may be able to be adjusted in the settings though.

      Pros - Good picture quality. I'm not any kind of expert but it certainly meets my expectations. Easy to setup and generally easy to use (see below for caveat). The sound is good, I would say especially good for a flat screen tv. Most flat screens I have owned NEED a sound-bar. I would say that for this one. I bought it to put on a bookshelf in a small-room/office. It probably wouldnt sound as good in a large area. Good signal strength from my wireless router. It picks up much better than my roku which I used with my old television in the same place.

      Cons - Live channel selection. There is no channel up/down button on the remote. Nor are their numbers to type the channel you want. The channel change is very clunky. You can get a selection of live channels to pop up at the bottom of the screen. If you know what is on the channel you want to watch that works, but if you just want channel 2 or 6 or 23 or whatever, good luck to you. You just have to pick and choose until you find it. And if you don't already know what is on those channels, its hard to know if you are on the right channel.

      Overall - Good little TV. I would definitely shop around some if I was doing it again. I would NOT recommend this TV for cord-cutters who want easy access to local on-air stations.

      Didn't really know what to expect for $99.00, but we're very happy with this little guy (24"). We wanted a small TV for our kitchen. Our old TV was having issues with it's tuner, sometimes we would get the video, but no audio.

      This TV has an amazing tuner, we're picking up channels we could never get before (even before we started having tuner issues).

      Picture quality is great, love that it's already Fire TV enabled. Remote is very intuitive, and it's nice to have the dedicated buttons for Netflix, etc. WiFi works great with no issues.

      Actually thinking of buying another one of these for an office TV, even though the TV in the office is still working ok.

      My wife wanted the TV off of the counter to make it easier to clean, so I mounted it to the wall using this mount, very happy with the quality of the mount as well.

      I bought this as a monitor for my security cameras because it's small but then my daughter saw it and thought it was a Christmas present for her. I felt guilty since it was actually for myself and ended up putting it in her room. I didn't even buy the TV for anything cool but it is actually super cool. In fact, it's better than my more expensive TVs. It was easy to configure, it has more features than my $2k LG TV, and my daughter was super stoked to have CW. Now she can keep up with Riverdale instead of waiting for Netflix. Of course, it also has Netflix and everything else. This is a perfect TV for a small bedroom, an office, or similar. I will probably buy another for my office/camera system when I have time.

      Wow, awesome picture & sound, better sound if you use your soundbar or stereo, and at first I missed all the buttons on the remote, but now that I mastered the voice controls, its great. Alexa still won't replace a real person in the room for conversation, but she gives me the info I need. But alas, its not for those lacking in techie knowledge, its advanced and features are not all that obvious for those that never touched a computer. Especially trying to play video from the USB thumb drive port or via your local network. Got that working perfectly, but I had to install my favorite VLC player to make it all work. The extra apps like PLUTO are awesome. Many others are worthless, but won't go into that here.

      Update to my rave review. I have had it now for about a month, and after installing a lot of apps and flipping between them and composite & antenna, it (the Android OS?) became SO SLOW. And when watching from the Antenna it kept switching randomly back to the guide grid. So I did a HARD reset, AKA POWER IT OFF! PULL THE PLUG. Now it seems very responsive like when new, and didn't loose any of my setting. Guess I should power cycle it on a regular basis? Is this a bug in the OS software that it degrades when you have it on AC power too long, just like wonderful windoz if you never reboot? Yes, just a soft power on/off was not enough. And I wish there was an option to clear the cache on every app at once and not having to do each one at a time. That alone clears a plethora of performance problems too.

      I can't say enough about this 24" Fire Stick TV - I didn't have high expectations about this one, I mean it's less then a hundred bucks and yet, it outperformed by Samsung 50" by the 'fire stick' apps and almost endless amount of programs available - I literally sat their for over an hour searching this 'little' giant.

      I purchased this for may van with a 200w inverter and it was amazing to watch while in contact with the internet, I haven't tried it out on the road yet, but, I'd assume it will be fine, I added a little 7 buck antenna to it an it received all the programs I generally watch on my big screen.

      I ordered the Amazon Fire Stick for my bedroom TV even though it's a Samsung with many apps and available ways to be entertained, I like the fire stick apps and how it's easy to search for programs, etc.

      Now this 'little' TV is only 720p but the pix is clear and with great color (adjustable to one's preference) - the Insignia brand was not one I had previously experienced but I believe it's associated with Toshiba which I've had good experience with - overall, I would recommend this brand in the future.

      This TV is the worst waste of money! Sound has QUIT after 7 months and it is rarely used! If you purchase thinking you will watch cable TV.... GOOD LUCK. You can not manually enter what channel nor can you say "channel 22" and think it will understand. NO, she will kindly search for a movie named channel 22. You might say Ch 22 and it MIGHT. When attempting to scroll through channels to select they are in random order and only a limited few channels. I do wish my husband had not thrown the box away or it would go back! This will likely go to junkyard/recycle bin!
