      Excellent sound quality and picture quality. And it has Alexa which is highly responsive. It even tells me when I need battery replacement on remote. I am as happy with this TV as I am with my big screen Samsung TV that cost me 4 times as much.

      I really didn't want a smart TV, but at first I bought a basic (non smart TV) Westinghouse brand and it was horrible. The sound wasn't loud enough and was even worse when watching a dvd. I didn't want to, but just had to return it. Then I bought this wonderful Toshiba Smart TV and it is awesome. The picture quality and color is superior to the Westinghouse and the volume works so well that it can actually get too loud! We had Toshiba TV when I was a kid and I remember it was a great tv and that hasn't changed! Trust me, you will LOVE this TV.

      I was worried I was not going to be able to figure out how to use this TV but it was very very easy! The TV found my internet with ease and I was able to download the apps I wanted. It works great the picture and sound is awesome. I almost forgot the best part!!! The Alexa on the TV is crazy cool!! All you have to do is push the button and say "Alexa go to Netflix" and off you go so easy and fun!! The price was great! Extremely happy with my purchase!

      I bought this Tv for my bedroom. Its very easy to set up, i mounted it to the wall. the picture quality is great. The only thing I dont like and this sounds kind of silly. But the Toshiba logo is placed on the far left of the tv frame not in the center like most TV's and for some reason it bothers me. (see pic) Besides that is great.

      I bought this TV to move between the guest room and the office for when there are no guests in the house. I figured why get a TV that is so good that guests will want to stay in the bedroom all day and watch TV? So I got this 32" Toshiba (really manufacture by Hisense) TV and it's perfect for the job. Amazon Fire is built-in, giving the viewer hundreds of channels without a cable connection (internet connection required.) Plenty for my guests to watch before going to sleep or getting up in the morning! Same for my office use.

      But do be aware if you are getting this even as a 2nd TV. Many of us are accustomed now to high definition TV, and at 720p, this ain't it. You need at least 1080p, and you will begin to notice that difference on a 32" screen. If you are looking for a TV for more than light-duty TV watching, I might suggest considering spending the $30-$60 more on a 1080p TV that will give you a crisper picture for the life of the TV you're buying. That TV might last you a very long time!

      Nearly threw the TV away. I did a factory reset. The TV no longer recognized the remote. The TV was stuck on the “choose your language”screen.

      Every method of resetting and pairing the remote listed on here was tried. I even bought a universal remote to try to get past it. .

      I almost threw the tv away.

      I went without it for months.

      I finally found an answer on Amazon.uk.

      This is the ONLY thing that works to re-pair a remote after the tv is factory reset, if this happens to you.

      To reset most Fire TV remotes: Unplug your Fire TV and wait 60 seconds. Press and hold the Left button, Menu button, and Back button at the same time. Hold them for 12 seconds. Release the buttons and wait 5 seconds.
