Merci vraiment AutoDS pour le support, je suis vraiment satisfait de vos service dès notre premier contact.
We were charged over €300 despite only using the app once during the free trial period. After the trial ended, we did not continue using the application at all, yet we were still billed a significant amount. This is completely unacceptable.
There was no clear indication that such charges would apply after minimal or no usage, and we believe this billing is unjustified.

We are therefore requesting a full refund of the amount charged, or at the very least that the invoice be cancelled, and that our account or subscription be removed from your records. We expect this issue to be resolved promptly and professionally.
We hope you will take this matter seriously and improve transparency for future users.

Dorina has been assigned to me by Auto DS to help me with any issues I might have since I was having a lot of unanswered issues.
She has been a great help, and has everything work like it's supposed to again.
She's even around when she's off work sometimes, like today she took extra time to help me.
This is the service that I can appreciate, and accustomed to.
