Can't update or remove top banner announcement bar

Hi All,

I am currently trying to update my site which had previously been set up by a third party.

I am unable to update, change or remove the announcement header at the top of my page (the green bar).

It appears that my shop is on a custom theme and I am unsure of where it came from.

Any help would be appleciated.

@NoosaRugs - can you please share this page link? please check if it is coming from theme.liquid file or header.liquid file

Hi @NoosaRugs

If you don’t see theme in Header option on the right then you can try to find it in Online store > Themes > Edit code > header.liquid or theme.liquid file and search “announcement”

We are having the same issue. Under header it is blank so there is no option to get rid of it. There was no code changed either. tanysjewellery.com
