Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue that prevents me from updating my header and announcement bar. Everything was working fine, but one day, when I tried to make changes, it stopped letting me update either of them. I can delete or completely modify them, but nothing changes. I haven’t made any changes to the code before or after this issue started. It’s also not a problem with my browser or ad blocker, as I’ve tested those, and the issue persists.

It’s easy, I assume this is what you are after… follow these steps:

Online Store>Themes>Customize

Click on ‘Header’

On the right side look for ‘Desktop logo position’

Change this to “Top Center”

Save your page & preview.
Sadly, that’s not what I meant. I know how to change it, but when I’m updating my site, it won’t let me make any updates or changes.
after updating your theme you can change this setting.
The problem is that I can’t update my shop. My shop is unable to reflect changes like updating the header. I can make those changes in the Customize section, but when I apply them, the shop remains unchanged.
I have almost everything done, but I encountered this bug, so I’d appreciate any help.

I needed to remove one line from the code because it was duplicated, and it worked, it was a while ago so i don’t remember exacly how i did this. I found it somewhere on the internet, I hope you will find the solution, maybe you should contact Shopify support and tell them exacly what is happening, or just make an new account and pray you wouldn’t get the same issue twice.
