'Contact Customer' on Draft Orders - Can I pull through Draft Order details in Email?

Hi, when I create a Draft Order in Shopify - I have two options to contact the customer:

1. Send Invoice

2. Click on the email address and ‘Contact Customer’

I understand I can customize both email notification templates. However, I’m trying to pull through the Draft Order details i.e. line items, billing address, etc. in the “Contact Customer” email template.

I tried using the code from the ‘Send Invoice’ email notification template, but it doesn’t pull through any dynamic content (line items, etc). Is this data somehow ‘blocked’ on the Contact Cutomer template? If so, is there a workaround?

P.S. I understand the ‘Send Invoice’ functionality. I’m looking to essentially recreate this template for the ‘Contact Customer’ template, minus the ‘Complete Your Order’ button.
