We recently started using a Zebra label printer, the ZSB-DP 12. It’s working just fine, but sometimes we have an order come in that is a few hundred items strong and I’d like to know if there’s a way to queue barcode labels for all the items on that specific order without having to manually build the print job item by item.
Ideally this would look like a “Print received items” button in the product transfer screen, but that is a functionality I am not seeing. Thanks for the help!
Agreed. This is a feature that I’m seriously missing from our old Square system. We receive orders of 40+ individual SKUs at a time and printing barcode labels for each item is a pain in the ass. Shopify, it would be great if you did something about this!
Did you find a solution for this? We’re looking for the same. Printing the whe whole list of products coming in at once would be a huge time saver.
Sadly no, we’ve been building the label print jobs manually. We’ve gotten
better at it, but it’s a shame that there isn’t an option to “Print labels
for items in purchase order” yet.
This is exactly the workflow I built LabelCraft for (disclosure: it’s my app). Instead of building label jobs by hand, you point it at a Transfer or Shipment and it batch-prints exact-size labels for every line item, which is handy when a transfer is a few hundred items on a Zebra. It also generates a valid GS1/EAN-13 for anything missing a barcode so it scans. Free up to 200 labels a month: https://labelcraft.tech . (For later readers: Stocky retires Aug 31 2026, so receiving via Transfers is the path Shopify now points to.)
