Payouts paused

I’m having issues with my stores payouts paused. I provided everything possible and do selfie verification which was approved and now my payouts is still paused.

And my business have stopped, I’m loosing customers

Any available support should help me out it is very urgently

Hello.

First thing you should know is that this is not the place for “payout paused” issues. That is an account problem between you and Shopify, and therefore not appropriate in a public forum.

The second thing you should know is that there are guidelines for this forum. Refer specifically to rule number 2: “Before posting, search for existing topics or solutions to avoid duplicates.” There are more than 6 million Shopify merchants. Search for a solution before posting. Chances are pretty good that anything you need to know has already been asked and answered.
